If you're a first time user, you will need to purchase a "Starter Set Kit" which involves the above mentioned 3 products for $74.

How long does LipSense last?
The length of time the color will last on anyone varies depending on several factors, one of which is body chemistry. Our peak LipSense wear time is 4-18 hours. Most women will find the color will last all day, when reapplying the gloss throughout the day.
When one colour is used every day the lip colour lasts for 4 – 6 months; however, most customers purchase more than one colour which extends the longevity of the product. When opened, LipSense expires after 3 years, however we have had thousands of users that have had it for over 10 years and works exactly the same as it did day 1.
Why are my lips tingling when I put LipSense on?
Not all customers feel a tingling sensation when they first apply the LipSense® Liquid Lip Color, however some do. Why?
Customers who feel a tingling sensation may have dry or chapped lips. No need for panic! LipSense contains cosmetic grade alcohol SD40 to ensure that the lip colour and tube is sanitary and not a breeding ground for bacteria. Once the Gloss is applied this will subside.
Two to three days of conditioning the lips with our rich Moisturizing Gloss should alleviate the dryness. The tingling sensation should cease with the consistent use of the Moisturizing Gloss. Those without dry lips do not notice the tingling sensation. Dry lips are caused by repeated use of wax and paraffin based lipsticks, which by their nature can cause dry lip tissue. You can eliminate this be conditioning the lips for a few days and not using any wax based products
As a customer, may I buy more than one LipSense® Liquid Lip Color and an extra moisturizing gloss without having to purchase the complete set again?
Yes. Your first purchase of LipSense® must include the entire set. Additional purchases of LipSense® Liquid Lip Colors and Moisturizing Gloss are optional.
Why isnt my LipSense staying on and why is it peeling off?
The colour technology works a little differently on each user due to different pH factors. Also, the long-lasting colour technology can be impacted by medications and food (oily food may break down colour faster than normal) a consumer may be taking. You may find some shades work better on your lips than others. Make sure you use only three layers of colour. If the colour is too thick it may peel off..

Can you send me a sample?
Unfortunately we are unable to send samples of LipSense. We stand by our products 100% so gaurantee exchanges/refunds once you have sent back the products to us. We do however, have samples of our skincare and Glossy Gloss.

Does LipSense have SPF in it?
No. However, the proprietary formulations and colour pigments in LipSense help create a physical covering for the lips, and so the colour pigments help to protect the lips from the sun’s rays. Think of it as like wearing a tshirt out in the sun..
